Our fees are for the Grant of Probate (a) IHT205; £1,000-£1,500 and (b) IHT400; £2,500-£3,000 that not subject to VAT. However, the fees for other services related to estates will be based on the estates value (usually 2%-5%) and will be confirmed in our fee quote that subject to VAT. Please note that our fees exclude any disbursements where applicable and details of disbursement will be advised at the initial stage of our engagement.
