Meet Our Founder

Muhammad Solaiman, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, is the founding partner at The Stan Lee. He earned his qualification as a Chartered Certified Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2014.

Since 2011, Muhammad has been engaged in accounting practice, gaining extensive experience in accounting and tax matters for both small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals.  

After over seven years of experience in accountancy field, Muhammad established his own accounting firm, Stan Lee Accountancy Ltd, in June 2019. This ACCA-registered practice is located in Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom.

Muhammad recognised the need for probate support while providing Inheritance Tax (IHT) services at Stan Lee Accountancy Ltd. In 2021, he completed training in “Probate and Estate Administration” with BARBRI Altio and subsequently began offering probate services. Since 2022, Muhammad has been providing services through Stan Lee Probate Limited, which is authorised as a CILEX-ACCA Probate Entity by CILEx Regulation.   

Muhammad serves as a Tax Advisor at The Stan Lee, providing comprehensive tax advisory services in addition to his expertise in general accountancy and taxation support. Effective tax planning is essential for both individuals and businesses, making professional tax advisory assistance a valuable resource. 

Muhammad launched ClickRey, a digital marketing agency, to offer clients practical and cost-effective digital marketing services, based on his own experience of growing his accounting firm.

Additionally, Muhammad writes blogs on accountancy and taxation to keep his clients and other taxpayers informed. He is committed to addressing not only numerical and tax-related matters but also supporting his clients’ broader goals and aspirations. Muhammad authored an article on the topic of trust in 2018, which was published in ACCA Accounting and Business Magazine.

Outside of work, Muhammad enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, and working out at the gym three times a week. He loves cooking and even taught his wife how to cook. After moving to London, he worked in a restaurant for over a year, which helped him to improve his cooking skills.
